Technical Details

Transcript text is sent to the Claude API (claude-sonnet) via a serverless API route (/api/meeting-minutes). A structured prompt instructs the model to extract and categorise content into a fixed JSON schema: { title, date, attendees, decisions[], actionItems[{owner, task, deadline}], summary, nextSteps[] }. The JSON is validated server-side and rendered into the chosen output template. No transcript data is stored; the API route processes the request in memory and returns the result immediately.
